Well Track is going okay I guess.
It's alot of grunt work because I have to run (I can't run worth crap) and I have to lift weights (which is painful with my shoulder). But I'm living even with my shin splints. It sucks but I love shot put and discus now that I'm more into the sport. But man is it cold trying to run outside. I'm a little sick now I've gotten over most of it and we moved into a new house so I'm a little busy i guess LOL
